The user interface of Conisio is integrated within Microsoft Explorer®, implying that you manage the files and folders in the same simple and powerful way that you are already used to from the Explorer. Conisio opens two additional windows in the Explorer, previewing relevant information about the selected file.

The left window previews the content of the selected file, and the right window previews the content of the file data card. Conisio can handle over 225 different file formats (including CAD drawings, all Microsoft Office® documents, all image formats, etc.) without having the actual software installed. The window also displays file details (metadata, file data card, version number). All this makes it easy to see that you have selected the right document to work with.

You can edit the information in the file data card directly in the Explorer window and Conisio will update embedded data stored within the documents without the need to open them up in an associated program.

In addition to support of its standard formats Conisio contains file viewer technology from Outside-In. A list of file formats supported by this technology can be found here. Conisio will also integrate with many popular CAD viewers to enable instant preview with zoom, orbit and print functionality within the explorer interface
