Notifications and change orders

You can set up Conisio to send automatic notifications that will inform, remind or alert the receiving user or group, for instance when a file has changed state or when a file has been unlocked. The messages can be internally sent to a Conisio user or an external email address. The messaging system is compatible with products such as Exchange, Lotus Notes or works on other SMTP enabled systems.

Conisio also offers a built in messaging system that will allow users in Conisio to send messages to other users or groups.

You can use the notification feature in Conisio to manage your company ECO/ECR/ECN (Engineering Change Orders/Requests/Notes), making sure your design process follows standard procedure.

All messages sent and received will be stored in a user inbox and can be fully HTML formatted.
