Search and report generation

By using the pwerful Conisio Search tool, documents in Conisio are easily found, based on their names, contained data, attached metadata, workflow state, etc. Once the search result is shown, you may view or start up the document immediately directly from the list of found files without any overhead or constraints. That is assured by the unique integration with Windows Explorer in Conisio.

Since searches are made in the Conisio database, which stores information about files and related data, searching among thousands of files is extremely quick and easy to do. The returned information is also much more detailed than when using the standard Windows search.

By creating customized search cards, you can design a search interface that cater to every user. In addition you can store favourite searches for users to easy access through the explorer interface.

Use the built in Report Generator to create and run custom reports. This tool not only permit very complex queries to be run towards the database of Conisio, it also helps presenting the result in a clear format for further manipulating.
