Template manager

The powerful template manager in Conisio lets you set up templates for creating single documents as well as setting up advanced project structures. The templates can be assigned to specific users and groups and easily activated with a click of the mouse button.

Templates can utilize the built-in user defined serial number generators of Conisio for automatic generation of document and drawing numbers that can be assigned to the files and project folders created by the template.

Conisio templates can easily be customized to ask for input values, asfully customized For instance, you can define if the document name should be static, be required from the user, or be automatically generated from e.g. serial numbers.

The template manager makes it easier to follow the company’s document and structure standard.
